How do I use it?
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant around the rim, place the cup gently over the clitoris or nipple, press and hold the power button to turn on, then cycle through the 10 intensities to find your ideal setting. Lift and reposition if the seal feels too strong.
How does the suction technology work?
It produces rhythmic air-pressure pulses that stimulate nerve endings without harsh direct vibration, creating a focused, pulsing sensation.
What materials is it made from, and is it safe for sensitive skin?
Skin-contact parts are body-safe silicone; the housing is ABS plastic. It’s phthalate- and latex-free and suitable for most sensitive skin always start on the lowest setting and stop if you feel discomfort.
Is it waterproof?
Yes it's 100% waterproof. This model is IPX7 rated (submersible up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes). Do not charge the device while it’s wet.
How do I clean it?
Power off, unplug, and remove the tip if applicable. Wash with lukewarm water and mild, unscented soap (or a toy cleaner), rinse well, and let it dry completely before storing.
Which lubricants can I use?
Use only water-based lubricants. Avoid silicone- or oil-based products as they can damage silicone surfaces and seals.
How loud is it?
It’s designed to be quiet; lower settings are usually not audible through a closed door. Sound may increase at higher intensities.
How do I charge it, and how long does the battery last?
Connect the included magnetic USB charging cable to a 5V USB power source, then align the magnetic contacts with the device’s charging pins until they click into place and the indicator light turns on. A full charge typically takes 1–2 hours and provides about 60–90 minutes of use (depending on intensity). Ensure the device is dry and do not use it while charging.
It won’t turn on or there’s no suction what should I do?
Charge for at least 30–60 minutes, then try again. Ensure the cup and air hole are clean, create a light seal against the skin, and press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to reset. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number.
Can I use it with my partner?
Definitely! Many people enjoy using it both solo and with a partner for extra fun.
