It won’t turn on or there’s no suction what should I do?
Charge for at least 30–60 minutes, then try again. Ensure the cup and air hole are clean, create a light seal against the skin, and press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to reset. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number.
