How do I use it?
Fully charge it first. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the rounded head. Long-press the power button (≈2–3 s) to turn on, tap to cycle through the 10 vibration modes. Start on a low setting and increase as desired. Use externally on erogenous zones. Clean after each use and let it dry before storing.
How do the vibrations work?
This mini wand uses a high-frequency motor inside the rounded silicone head. The spinning motor drives an off-center weight, creating strong vibrations that the soft head spreads across the skin. Hold the power button for ~2–3 seconds to turn it on, then tap to cycle through the 10 patterns/intensities; long-press again to turn it off. For the best sensation, rest the head lightly on the area—pressing too hard can dampen the vibration. Use externally, optionally with a small amount of water-based lubricant. Clean with mild soap and water after use.
What materials is it made from, and is it safe for sensitive skin?
Body-safe silicone on the head with an ABS body. It’s non-porous and free from common irritants like phthalates. If you have very sensitive skin, patch-test on your forearm first and use water-based lube.
Is it waterproof?
Yes it's 100% waterproof. This model is IPX7 rated (submersible up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes). Do not charge the device while it’s wet.
How do I clean it?
Before first use and after every use, wash the head and body with warm water and mild, unscented soap (or toy cleaner). Rinse, pat dry, and air-dry completely.
Which lubricants can I use?
Use only water-based lubricants. Avoid silicone- or oil-based products as they can damage silicone surfaces and seals.
How loud is it?
It’s designed to be quiet; lower settings are usually not audible through a closed door. Sound may increase at higher intensities.
How do I charge it, and how long does the battery last?
Charges via the included USB cable. An indicator light typically shows charging/charged. Charge fully before first use. Runtime depends on speed, usually around 45–90 minutes on medium settings. Do not charge while the toy is wet.
It won’t turn on or there’s no suction what should I do?
Charge for at least 30–60 minutes, then try again. Ensure the cup and air hole are clean, create a light seal against the skin, and press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to reset. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number.
